SERVICE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT)

1. Parties & Project:
This agreement is between Spartan Wallpaper LLC ("Contractor") and [Client Name] ("Client") for work located at [Project Address].
2. Scope of Work:
Contractor agrees to perform the following (Check all that apply):

3. Client Obligations:
Materials: Client is responsible for providing the wallpaper unless otherwise specified. Contractor is not responsible for manufacturer defects or shortages in roll count provided by the Client.
Environment: Room must be climate-controlled (approx. 70°F) for 24 hours before and after installation to ensure proper adhesive curing.
Access: Client shall provide clear access to the workspace. Furniture must be moved away from walls prior to Contractor's arrival.
4. Payment Terms:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Amount/Percentage] is required to book the dates.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.
Travel: Projects outside a 50-mile radius of Augusta, GA, will incur a travel surcharge of $[Amount].
5. Wall Condition & Warranty:
Contractor will notify Client of any hidden wall defects discovered during removal. Additional prep work (skim coating/repair) required for a professional finish will be billed at the hourly rate of $[Rate].
Spartan Wallpaper LLC provides a [1-Year] warranty on workmanship (peeling or seams). This warranty does not cover damage caused by building settling, moisture/leaks, or client negligence.
6. Termination:
Either party may cancel with [48 hours] notice. Deposits for "Change of Mind" are non-refundable.
